Description | The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services necessary to perform all work associated with the Senate House State Historic Site, Pathway Improvement Project. The project consists of but not limited to the removing and resetting approximately 1,500 SF of bluestone pathways including the repair of damaged concrete subbase. The scope will include mobilization, site preparation, protecting vegetation, subgrade preparation, removal, salvage and reinstallation of existing bluestone, installation of new bluestone, erosion control measures, seeding lawn areas, site restoration, and maintenance of pedestrian safety and access throughout the site for the duration of construction. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 180 Days after contract approved by the NYS Comptroller's office. Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond. Project Specific Liquidated Damages $1,000.00 per Calendar Day. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. Engineer's Estimated Range: $185,283.00 - $250,677.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
