Contractor to reconstruct a section of Brighton Road from E. 104th Avenue to E. 112th Avenue. Improvements to this 1.2 mile stretch of Brighton Road include the removal of old pavement sections then paving a two lane road with 5 foot shoulders on both sides including turn lanes.
