| Description | These specifications are for the loading and transportation of landfill leachate from the City of Port Arthur Solid Waste Landfill on Highway 73, 1-1/2 miles west of the Taylor Bayou Bridge to the City's Sewage Treatment Facility on Highway 365 west of Jade Avenue for disposal. No fees will be charged Bidder for disposal of the leachate at the sewage treatment facility.
