Bilter Road Single Family Residence Demolition

Demolish nine single family residences (SFR) on Bilter Road: 1951, 1971, 1981, 1995, 2025, 2055, 2091, 2115, and 2145 Bilter Road Majority of these structures are 1 to 2 stories and wood framed. Demolition and haul off of all building materials above ground. Additionally, any portion of a building which extends more than one foot below grade shall be cut off and left in place as follows: basement walls shall be cut off and removed to minimum depth of one foot below grade, all items within basement shall be removed and disposed of, leaving only the walls (below one foot), footings and floor slab, basement slabs shall be intermittently broken to allow any water which may accumulate to drain out of the bottom, no backfilling of basements will be required, as this will be performed by the City immediately after demolition is completed and contractor has demobilized. Barn located at 1951, set back approximately 400 feet south of Bilter Road shall remain.
