Annual Contract to Provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Lift Station Equipment at the Chatham County Detention Center

Maintenance/Service Schedule for Lift Station Pumps and Grinders Four Quarterly inspections to include: a.Check all controls b.Inspect for function and operation c.Test and record all motors amperage load d.Lubricate all bearings and wear points e.Open access panels to clean interior and exterior sections f.Inspect and record all drive bearing and motor temperatures g.Inspect all pressure and safety switches h.Inspect all drive couplers for wear and damage i.Clean and Inspect grinders and blades for wear and or damage j.Remove, Clean and Inspect lift pumps for wear and or damage k.Inspect lift station well for wear and or damage Confined Space Permit’s must be included in price.
