Description | This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 237310 with a corresponding size standard of $45.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(c), this project is expected to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2023. 2.1.1. Work shall include, but not limited to, repainting roadway center lines, stop lines, edge lines and parking lines. 2.1.2. Work shall also include the removal of rubber buildup on the Runway. 2.1.3. Work shall include repainting all marking on the Apron as referenced in Airfield Marking Plan This project consists of painting multiple areas on base to include the center line of the runway, and all items identified on the attached Base Map. The project also has two options, one of which is to remove 85 percent of the built up rubber and paint from 100 percent of the rubber and paint convered areas. Option 2 is to paint multiple areas to include all airfield pavings/markings along with areas on the flightline to include non-movement area boundaries, 6 entry control points, all taxi line centerline stripes to all 8 parking spots, 6 FOD check points, 8 hydrant fuel pit markings, 32 static grounding points and markings southside of B307. Option 2 also includes removing and replacing Parking Stop Bars at 8 parking locations. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
