Carrier A/C Coils

The intent of this bid is to establish a three (3) year contract between the District School Board of Pasco County and one vendor for the purchase of Carrier A/C Coils "as needed" during the contract period. Questions regarding this bid should be posted directly on IONWAVE, where answers can be posted electronically. The deadline for questions concerning this bid is: April 27, 2022, at 4:00 PM (ET). It is estimated that annual purchases of approximately $100,000 for "as-needed" quantities of Carrier A/C Coils may be made by the District during the term of this contract. This is an estimate only and may vary (i.e., be greater than or less than) significantly from this amount. There are no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, that any amount whatsoever will be purchased. In later years, this procedure would be applied again by taking the current index value and subtracting from it the index value at the time the base price was set, and then proceeding just as described above. The District's Purchasing Director, in her/his sole discretion, may consider price adjustments due to other manufacturer's circumstances. The Purchasing Director's decision shall be final and conclusive.
