Description

Existing F4 stair and ramp is constructed of PT wood which is deteriorating and in need of replacement. Procure and install new modular ADA compliant stair and ramp. 1. Removal of existing stair and ramp. 2. Shore up existing porch canopy over entry. 3. Demo existing sidewalk(s) and curb ramp. 4. Install new ADA compliant modular stair and ramp. 5. Install new canopy columns on new conc. slab. 6. Install new concrete walk and ADA compliant curb ramp. 7. Ensure entire accessible route from parking lot to entry comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements.
