Planting Bed Improvements at Monuments

The Project consists but is not limited to the demolition/removal/ haul off of existing plant material at existing monument locations. Area shall be fine graded and new plant material installed the Existing irrigation system shall be adjusted to a drip system at the proposed planting beds. Contractor shall also remove the existing light fixtures and install upgraded LED fixtures. Contractors shall contact Fence Keeper for pricing on a chemical treatment to remove mildew, efflorescence, and stains from the brick and precast at the monuments. Fence Keeper shall also provide pricing for re-painting the precast monument logo and lettering at the monuments.
