| Description | Removal and Replacement of Electrical Components for Dixon Correctional Institute, located at 5568 Highway 68, Jackson, LA 70748. Remove existing two hundred (200) amp MDP (Main Distribution Panel), and feeder coming from the transfer switch. Build new unistrut rack to support new four hundred (400) amp MDP (Rack will be built on site to support the Main Distribution Panel). Install new main breaker four hundred (400) amp MDP (Main Distribution Panel), with new 200A, 60A, 50A, 15A, 40A breakers. Breaker will need to be compatible with the Main Distribution Panel. Install new feeder to 400 amp MDP from transfer switch. Install new two hundred (200) amp panel with five (5), three (3) pole, thirty (30) amp breakers. Bore conduit, cut and thread ridged conduit into new two hundred (200) amp panel. Pull new two-hundred fifty (250) MCM (thousands of circular mils) THHN (thermoplastic high heat-resistant nylon) copper feeder wire, terminate, and test. |
