8(a) Set-Aside: Certified contractor who can furnish the necessary management, supervision, personnel (US citizens), and equipment in order to provide construction/remodeling services for the B-1 F-1 office space at the Approval & Certification Center: Mobilization, administration, daily cleanup. - Demo/remove existing inside window and frame, carpet, base, and outside drywall window covering. Haul and dispose/recycle of all demo material in an environmentally safe manner in accordance with any/all state and federal EPA standards. - Frame in removed window opening, install 5/8” drywall, finish. Frame up new wall for door addition, 5/8” drywall, finish, and install corner bead. - Add new 3’ x 7’ wood, door, frame/casing/trim, Masonite 6 panel wood door, hinges, lever lock keyed to master. - Paint all walls, door and frame/trim. - Provide and install new wall to wall carpet and 4” base/coping (color/type/grade to be decided by government employee Ben Gandy). - Provide and install 3 new window blinds (color/type/style to be decided by government). - Replace approx. 4' of flex duct and replace diffuser. - Remove electric wall mold, add 110v receptacle, and move light switch to south wall just inside of doorway (current lighting will be utilized). - Install baseboard heater and thermostat utilizing an existing 220 circuit
