HVAC/MEP Package 1

FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a solution for the repairs or renovations to, and replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems at various school campuses throughout the Ft. Bend Independent School District. The scope of work for PKG042 includes but is not limited to surge protection replacement, pump replacement, cooler tower and cooling tower media replacement, ,refrigerant monitoring system replacement, piping insulation replacement, water treatment tank repair, secondary switch gear replacement, air handling unit piping replacement, electric duct heater replacement, main plumbing lateral replacement, chiller replacement, dust collection system repair and exhaust fan replacement, new emergency generator, security alarm systems plumbing fixture replacement, emergency lighting, irrigation system isolation valves, additional electrical outlets, and exterior lighting replacement.
