| Description | The purpose of this Project is to prepare future Potomac River Tunnel project sites by installing necessary infrastructure in advance of the tunnel. The construction of a high voltage electrical duct bank will occur along Independence Avenue SW from West Potomac Park, near Ohio Drive SW, eastward to 14th Street SW. The Project also includes the construction of electrical duct banks at five (5) sites along the future alignment of the Potomac River Tunnel. All duct banks shall be constructed in accordance with Pepco’s standards and specifications, including Requirements and Specifications for High Voltage Customer Built Facilities, Pepco Engineering, latest revision. |
