Description - Bastrop County Precinct 3 will deliver I-beams to the site. - Contractor will cut I-beams to size. - Contractor will perform all demolition of existing wall, excavation and backfill work. - Contractor will be allowed to dispose of wood and metal from existing wall at no cost at the Transfer Station. Any surplus backfill material will become the property of the Contractor and will be removed. - Contractor will construct approximately 66’ of retaining wall with a concrete footing as shown on the contract drawings and per the specifications. - Contractor shall construct 10’ x 20’ concrete slab as shown on the contract drawings and per the specifications. - Contractor will stage their work in such a manner that minimizes impact on Transfer Station operations.
