Description

It is the intent for the City of Evans to have landscape design plans and construction plans developed for certain rights of way along the 37th Street corridor (see map in Exhibit A), these rights of way will need to be a mixture of irrigated and non-irrigated landscapes. In addition to the completed plan sets the successful proposer will draft the scope and assist the City in bidding the project for construction. In comparing proposals, comparison will not be confined to price only. The successful proposer will be one whose product is judged as best serving the interests of the City of Evans when price, product, quality and delivery are considered.
