This work includes installation of (126) Deciduous Trees, (43) Coniferous Trees, (400) Shrubs, (878) ornamental grasses, 11,334 sf artificial turf infield area, 87,795 sf Sod multipurpose field, 1,999 SFF Boulder Walls, 100 LF of 6' high Reinforced concrete wall, irrigation system, final grading and earthwork, concrete curbs and drainage system around future playground equipment areas (playground equipment not included in the contract), 9,135 sf of asphalt paving, 7,784 sf concrete paving, new baseball infield fencing and dugouts; and associated irrigation systems, conduit sleeves and other landscape items.
