Interior and Exterior Renovations

Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: •Re-roof all buildings as indicated on the drawings• Provide new exhaust fan and timer switch in all apartment full bathrooms and duct to soffit• Replace exterior unit / heat pump with new heat pump compatible with existing interior gas furnace.• Provide ceiling repair throughout entire apartment(s) – typ. See Form of Bid:o Option 1: Provide new ¼” gyp. bd. overlayo Option 2: Scrape entire surface free of “popcorn” and finish/paint.• Replace all electrical device cover plates.• Replace all outlets @ laundry room with new GFI outlets• Remove and replace exterior window shutters• Remove existing smoke detectors• Prime/paint entry and storm doors• Provide new LVP flooring over existing VCT• Paint interior of apartments• Provide new mini-blinds• Remove and replace existing toilet, vanity base, top and faucet, tub and tub surrounds• Provide electrical supply and exhaust for new stacked washer dryer• All other work as shown on the plans, in the Project Manual and as required by code and the authority having jurisdiction.
