| Description | All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outermost package "RFB 2022-0901 Lincoln County Gateway Signs." The inside and outside package shall include the Contractor's License Number. E-mail all questions regarding specifications or requirements to Nick Lowe nlowe@mcadamsco.com. E-mail clarification of the bid process to John Henry at jhenry@lincolncounty.org. All questions are due by 5:00 PM on Monday, August 22, 2022 to the persons above. An addendum will be issued on or before Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Proposers are not to contact any County employee other than the one listed above. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. |
