| Description | 1. Completely remove and replace the roof system with fully-adhered, reinforced 60 mil EPDM single-ply roof membrane on roof and adjoining walls and parapet. 2. Install new flat stock and/or tapered isocyanurate insulation; mechanically fasten the base layer, adhere the top layer in foam adhesive. NOTE: the top layer of insulation is to be a 4-way tapered system. Minimum R-value: R-20. 3. Install new sheet metal penetration flashings, roof curb cap flashing, counterflashing, gutter and downspouts. 4. Provide the Owner with a 20-year total system warranty from the selected membrane manufacturer |
