Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (BASA) Phase II

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy Phase II Project Proposals must be submitted on the Construction Manager's Scope and Proposal Form along with Bond if required. Proposals must be submitted per the requirements of the Instructions to Proposers and the appropriate Proposal Package. Mail or hand deliver your sealed Proposal to the address designated above for receipt of Proposals, to the attention of Grahl Construction. Proposals received after the time is called will not be accepted. Proposers may also submit via email to "bids@grahlconstruction.com". Emailed Proposals must have the word "Proposal" and the "Project Name" in the subject bar No determination will be made as to the most responsive Proposal until the Construction Manager and the Owner have conducted a thorough evaluation. Additional information may be requested of responsive Proposers and may be used to help select the most qualified. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to waive technicalities.
