| Description | Location of the project: 13th Street Station and Headhouses on SEPTA’s MFSE. Required for the cleaning of Head Houses and designated adjacent areas providing access to the 13th Street Station on the Market-Frankford Subway/Elevated. Cleaning shall include the removal of dirt, dust, grease, smudges and smears from all interior and exterior glass, stainless steel, concrete, brick, tile and painted surfaces. The contract includes light fixtures, staircases, floors and ceilings within each head house and designated adjacent area. The contract does not include cleaning (1) escalators’ treads, hand rests and interior steel panels, and (2) elevator cars. |
