Replace approximately 6,012 SF of single-ply roofing system over metal roof deck with an adhered PVC roofing system, high R-value insulation, flashing and all assembly accessories. (Typical to Roof Areas E, G & H.) Provide resaturant work to approximately 13,100 SF of existing built-up roofing system. Replace or repair flashing systems and provide all assembly accessories. (Typical to Roof Area F.)
