Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the Bidder, or a Bid Bond duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the State of South Carolina and satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid. Water, sewer, and electrical utilities will be relocated as necessary as part of the project. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original state with landscaping, vegetative ground cover, or pavement.
