| Description | The project generally consists of the removal and mechanical dewatering of approximately 3 million gallons of sludge from the 9 million gallon Flow Equalization Basin (FEB9), hauling to and disposal of the dewatered sludge at the Alderson Regional Landfill, removal and disposal of the existing HDPE liner and associated geotextile fabric liner, installation of approximately 152,000 square feet of new 60 mil HDPE liner and geotextile fabric liner in FEB9. |
