| Description | Contractor to supply 40 cooling water cooler, water, cups, cleaning, maintenance and cup holders to supply the building of 750 tenants and about 3000 visitor per day 5-6 days a week. Materials shall be inspected satisfactory prior to the commencement of any work. GSA is asking for a three year contract to run until the new drinking fountain system is replaced and startup has been completed. Specifically: 1. Install 40 portable cooling units throughout the building. 2. Provide water for 750 tenants and about 3000 visitors per day (5 gallon bottles). 3. Provide cup holders for all 40 units. 4. Provide cups for 750 tenants and about 3000 visitors per day. 5. Remove 40 portable units when no longer needed. 6. Provide cleaning and sanitation every 6 months. | ||
