Coating of Concrete Floors at Fleet Management Facility

Project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the replacement of coating the existing concrete floors in the shop area along with the break room. The approximate square footage to coat is approximately 6,500 SF. Scope of work includes providing: 1. Fully remove existing coating from all floor areas. 2. Mechanically grind floor surface to a minimum concrete surface profile of CSP 3. 3. Repair all cracks in concrete prior to applying coating. 4. Install a solid color cementitious urethane 1/8” self-leveling slurry system with a polyaspartic sealer topcoat with a broadcast aluminum oxide non-skid additive. 5. No more than half of the shop bays can be down at any given time. There are a total of six bays. Therefore, three bays shall remain operational at any given time. 6. Work can be performed during the normal workday, nights, and weekends.
