Description: The Moscow Urban Renewal Agency (MURA), the urban renewal agency for the City of Moscow, Idaho, a public body corporate and politic, invites developers to submit a proposal for the redevelopment offering for two undeveloped parcels of land located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Sixth Street and Jackson Street in Moscow, Idaho. Property Description: The North Parcel is approximately sixteen thousand two hundred forty-nine square feet (16,249 sf) in size and fronts on Sixth Street, with the Parcel location and dimensions generally shown and described in Exhibit A. The South Parcel is approximately eleven thousand twelve square feet (11,012 sf) in size and fronts on Jackson Street, with the Parcel location and dimensions generally shown and described in Exhibit A.
