Description

The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 760 LF of 12” water main to be installed along Newnam in western Rockingham County beginning at a point near the intersection with US Highway 220 and Bennett Farm Road. Work shall include all labor, materials and equipment to install the proposed line and all appurtenances for a complete project. The bid shall also include alternate pricing for a smaller 6” water main for comparison and consideration. Bids shall be submitted with the understanding that Rockingham County may choose either alternative for construction.
