Improvements to the Veterans Park Comfort Station

The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of restroom partitions, new entry doors to the restrooms and new flooring within the restrooms as set forth in the specifications. it is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded in january of 2020, subject to the availability of funds in the 2019 adopted budged and 2019 capital plan. construction shall commerce on or about february 3, 2020. the completion of the project shall be 45 working days from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed. all work must be completed by april 3, 2020
