Description

Goals: SOMWBA - 10.4% DCAMM Certificate Bathroom upgrades in 89 units across 9 buildings. Base bid work includes replacement of tubs with showers in all units, including units with S.O.G. foundations that will require cutting of the slab to accept the new shower pan and drain. Base bid work also includes the replacement of the bathroom flooring, wall hung sinks, medicine cabinets, bathroom accessories and installation of new bathroom exhaust fans & grab bars. Alternate No. 1 allows for in-kind replacement of tubs in S.O.G. units utilizing the existing tub drains, thereby avoiding the need to cut the slabs.
