Street Reconstruction - Sherwood - TR2302 - City of Pearland

Site work and paving for a civil project in Pearland, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. Reconstruction of concrete neighborhood streets in Sherwood subdivision. The street reconstruction projects are based on priorities derived from the Right-of-Way Assessment and resulting Pavement Condition Index (PCI). The performance of the drainage system in these areas will be reviewed and any identified drainage improvements will be included. Additionally, the utilities will be reviewed and upgraded as necessary in advance of the roadway reconstruction.
