| Description | Wastewater Treatment Plant Lagoon Sludge Removal The Project consists of sludge removal, dewatering and landfill disposal from the existing wastewater treatment plant lagoons .Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form Bidding Documents at the office of the Village of New Bremen, Ohio, 214 N. Washington St., New Bremen, Ohio 45869, on Mondays through Fridays between regular business hours, and the office of the Engineer, ARCADIS U.S., Inc., One Seagate, Suite 700, Toledo, Ohio 43604, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., local time. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The Contract Times will commence running as indicated in the General Conditions. Contract Times for completion and provisions on liquidated and special damages, if any, are indicated in the Agreement. |
