RFP - Riverwalk Design Consultant

The Naperville Riverwalk Commission is seeking the services of an individual and/or professional firm (Firm) capable of providing the Commission with professional planning, architectural, engineering, and construction management services. The Firm must be capable of performing or sub-contracting all the duties described in the RFP. All questions concerning the RFP shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement Contact no later than five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date and Time. A written response in the form of an addendum may be issued as appropriate. No contact with any other City employee or Selection Team member shall be made during the RFP process. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any details in proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the City. The City also reserves the right to reject the proposal of a proposer who has previously failed to satisfactorily perform, has not completed contracts on time, or whom, upon investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract. The initial term of this contract will be from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025. This contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional years in increments of one year if the vendor performs satisfactorily and provided that there are no changes in the terms, conditions, specifications and pricing structure unless mutually agreed to by the parties. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
