Improvement consists of cleaning and painting existing steel structures at 4 locations. Location 1 is at I-290 at IL 58 (SN 016-0980) in Rolling Meadows and Scahumburg. Location 2 is at 25th Ave at IHB RR (SN 016-1011) in Melrose Park and Franklin Park. Location 3 is at 1-290 and 1-355 (SN 022-0092) in Addison. Location 4 is at I-290 ramp to I-355 (SN022-0094) in Addison.
