| Description | Approximately 3,105 sq.yds. milling to 6" depth at various identified locations, backfill with 4" 19mm hot-mix asphalt, topped with 2" 9.5mm hot-mix asphalt and compacted. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $100.00 per calendar day. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Wharton Township. Work is subject to State requirements governing payment of prevailing wages. Amounts are approximate. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof. |
