Description	Architectural and Engineering design services for the 466450 – Implement Energy Conservation Measures – JFHQ project located at 2823 West Main Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702. This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for implementing Energy Audit recommendations per the Energy Audit report. Rebalance the CRACs in the data center, rebalance the HW pumping, add AHU economizer setpoint, add AHU Co2 demand control, add VAV minimum reset, and add AHU morning warmup. Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase.
