Description: Replace fresh water supply lines going to fixtures and appliances, also to include two 1/4 turn sill cocks on exterior of home as required as per Escambia County Code. Main supply line from meter to house is to be replaced if required with 160 psi PVC pipe. Install new washer box as per Escambia County Code. Install new ice maker line and box if needed as per Escambia County Code. Install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Install new vanity sink with faucets with pop up drains. Install new shower/tub faucet with valve. Install a new tub and shower liner in bathroom. Install a new comfort height toilet with a new seat in bathroom. Install a new floor flange if needed. Install a new mirror, towel bar, a shower rod and new toilet paper holder. Install all new 1/4 turn brass valves on fixtures as Install new braided supply lines to toilet, vanity, and kitchen sink. Install a new 40-gallon electric hot water heater.\ Replace septic system as per the Escambia County Environmental Health code specifications. Following the repair of the septic system, grade area and leave in a uniform/smooth condition, then provide grass seed and straw for stabilization. All damage to yard (created by trucks and other equipment used to accomplish work herein), are to be filled to grade with topsoil and seed and straw installed. If it is necessary to remove any part of the fence or landscaping, it will be restored to existing condition prior to repairs. Contractor will return one time after substantial completion of work during the warranty period if areas settle to re-grade and seed.
