2021 Street Resurfacing

Scope: The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the required construction as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of this contact including all incidentals as directs by the City of Norcross Director of Public Works, Utilities & Parks, or her representative. Unless otherwise specified all work shall be completed in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications (Current Edition). The work location and descriptions follow but are not limited to: 1. Business Park Drive from North Peachtree Street to Peachtree Industrial Blvd (9,525 SY): Mill asphalt pavement 1.5”, Overlay with 12.5 mm Superpave. Patching as needed, striping as directed. Streets scheduled for milling and resurfacing will include repairing the existing pavement base, resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades, adjustments of water valves & manholes, and the installation of pavement markings.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
