This is Step One of a Two Step Invitation To Bid process (ITB). Step One is a prequalification step for one or more projects. Only those Bidders who prequalify will be able to participate in Step Two. Multiple Step Two requests will be issued following this ITB in calendar years 2023 through 2025.
