Carteret County Courthouse Painting

Minor sheetrock repair and painting for the Carteret County Courthouse located at 302 Courthouse Square, Beaufort, NC 28516. Details are as follows: 1. The Contractor shall repair minor sheetrock ceiling damages in Superior Court Room 1 and paint to match approximately a 19ft x 6ft section of ceiling. 2. The Contractor shall paint approximately a 37ft x 12ft section of ceiling located on the second story foyer, touch up wall paint to match will be required. 3. The Contractor shall make minor ceiling sheetrock repairs in second story breezeway and paint the entire 12ft x 15ft area. 4. Schedule of work will be determined by Carteret County Government upon selected Contractor. 5. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.
