Crane Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services

The Government will be funding $25,000 at the time of award for CLIN 0004 Material Costs, and if necessary, will fund the option of an additional $25,000 for materials in the first year, CLIN 0005. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, repair parts, oil, grease, filters, and all other required items to perform timely and effective service calls for emergency repair service of all Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) described herein and located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE), Route 547, Lakehurst, NJ. The contract covers eighteen (18) hoist/cranes located throughout the base. Repair Service includes: a.) Timely (24 hour) response for emergency service calls b.) Troubleshoot and make all necessary repairs in a timely fashion c.) Coordinate all repairs with Navy Crane Center (NCC) Engineering as required by Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) P-307 Preventive Maintenance (PM), annual service includes: a.) Rail inspections/certifications for five (5) overhead bridge cranes by a certified inspector b.) Hoist Coupling Alignment of five (5) overhead bridge cranes c.) Oil sampling for five (5) overhead bridge cranes
