Description

The Town of East Hartford is seeking the services of a qualified street lighting repair and maintenance services contractor to provide complete field maintenance services for the Towns street lighting system. The project scope encompasses ongoing streetlight maintenance and repair activities for the Town-owned streetlight system with uniform monthly unit pricing, per event pricing for emergency repairs and separate subcontractor markup. The contract term will be three (3) years. Contractors must be skilled and experienced in working with municipalities in Connecticut and possess thorough knowledge of street light installation, repair, and replacement. Contractors must maintain a physical place of business within 75 Miles of East Hartford, CT. Requests for information (RFIs) will be accepted via email to dwilson@easthartfordct.gov on or before FRIDAY, AUGUST 5, 2022. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut
