Dema HVAC Replacement Classroom Area L4300 (M20-0007) Single

1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, freight and Sales Tax necessary to replace HVAC units as specified under a firm fixed fee. 2. Contractor shall install and provide the needed equipment over the Classroom area in building L4300, at Silver Bell Army Heliport at Marana, AZ. a) Disconnect and remove one 10 ton unit form curbing. b) Remove any remaining gases from unit and properly dispose of it off site. c) Remove unit from the roof and dispose of it properly off site. d) Contractor will provide and install new curbing and stand for HVAC unit. e) Install one, 10 ton Commercial grade, 12 SEER or better, gas pack unit, 410A, 460 volt, 35 amp, 3 phase. Unit must be Alerton, BACnet program with BACtalk systems compatible and ready. Energy Star efficiency rated units are the only type unit accepted. f) Economizer shall be used in lieu of an outside air damper. g) Contractor will use the fused disconnect box, breakers, all conduit and junction boxes already on site and installed by owner. h) Upon completion of the installation a test run shall be performed on both the cooling and the heat side of the unit. i) All quotes must list materials with price, labor charges, sales tax and freight on separate lines in the quote. j) All lifting devices for man, special tools and equipment are the responsibility of the contractor.
