| Description | Bid packets shall consist of two separate envelopes (plainly marked as "Project No. 1004(22) Burleigh County Chip Seal Package 2022" on the outside), the outside envelope containing a current copy of Contractor's License and 5% Bidder's Bond with the second envelope containing the bid on the County's bid form. The successful bidder must submit evidence of general liability insurance coverage prior to award of bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County. |
