Improve Terminal Building (Upgrade HVAC System Controls)

Description: Project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC control system within the Waterloo Airport (ALO) terminal building. Plan sheets are bound at the back of the specification book. No separate plan set is provided. Additional Description: Existing HVAC not compatible with current electronic controls. Project upgrades existing HVAC DDC head-end equipment, replaces non-functioning portions of HVAC control system, provides freeze protection for AHU hot water coils, rebalances the system to ensure proper operation and control. Upgraded head-end equipment is to be installed on a networked computer that will allow remote monitoring and control of HVAC system. This project is scheduled to be completed on a 180-calendar day working schedule.
