Rugar Street and Ampersand Drive Intersection Improvements and Rugar Street Sidewalk Extension

The work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Rugar Street and Ampersand Drive, reconstruction of approximately 1,080 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement, cold plane milling and resurfacing of approximately 1020 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement, associated drainage improvements, sawcutting pavement, installation of approximately 250 LF of concrete curb and driveway aprons. The work also includes the installation of approximately 1,030 LF of sidewalk along Rugar Street and Ampersand Drive, installation of storm drainage features, catch basins, drainage pipe and turf restoration. The scope of work also includes all trenching, excavation, backfill, paving pavement markings, topsoil, seeding, site restoration and whatever else is necessary for a complete installation.
