| Description | Scope of Work: Demolition, removal and disposal of one (1) Sheriff’s Office/Jailhouse structure including all contents remaining in structure: one (1) approximately 5115 +/- sf. All concrete and steel railing, etc. Demolish and remove one (1) abandoned structure. Structure has one basement area (approx. 10x16). All equipment/materials should be removed below ground as well as above ground. All holes and irregularities must be filled in with fill dirt provided by the city. The work area must be level and safe to walk on at the completion of the job. Remove and legally dispose of all trash and materials. Bid must include all fees, freight, taxes, and materials. |
