Description

Both chillers require repairs that provide air conditioning in the Jadwin Building. Currently, Chiller # 1 is completely inoperative and Chiller # 2 requires replacement parts to sustain its life expectancy. Due to these critical facility assets, both chillers are necessary during the upcoming spring and summer months to supporting 300+ building occupants and meet 41 CFR federal property and Occupation Safety and Health Association standards. The contractor must properly diagnose, reprogram the computer system and repair both air conditioning units. The Contractor will supply all necessary equipment, tools, material, supervision, quality control and labor to complete this task and restore conditioned air throughout the Jadwin Building. The HVAC repair work can be accomplished during normal duty hours, personnel are TRANE certified technicians and must provide company certification before work starts. Services must be compliant IAW Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1.
