Architectural and Planning Services for a New Municipal Complex

The Township wishes to pursue a comprehensive assessment of the physical conditions and existing structure utilization of the current municipal facilities located at 4975 DeMoss Road, Reading, PA 19606; Fire Stations located at 46 West 33rd Street, Reading, PA 19606 and 5580 Boyertown Pike, Birdsboro, PA 19508; and the District Justice/Tax Collector’s office located at 10 Fairlane Road, Reading, PA 19606. Further, the Township wishes to evaluate the + 16 acre site and its associated buildings identified as the Promenade Shopping Center located at 3925 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606 (the “Site”) to determine whether renovations to the existing structure or selective demolition and the construction of a new array of structures, is the more appropriate strategy for relocation of the Municipal Complex to this Site. The Township will provide drawings for each existing structure located at the Site.
