Description

Prefabricated skid mounted Shed, fully assembled and leveled (on site assembly acceptable) Must meet following specifications- 16'x 20', White metal roof, roof must have screened vented ridge and vented soffit. All rafters must be hurricane clipped. All flooring must be 5/8" pro-shed tongue & groove flooring made by LP Corp with a 10 year limited warranty against termite damage or fungal decay. The flooring fastened to the joists with 2" nails. Walls must be 2"x4" framed 16" on center, hurricane clips every 16". Exterior sheeting must be an LP smart panel siding, made by the LP corp, and fastened to the walls with 2" nails. This siding has a 50 year limited warranty against termites or fungal decay. All 4x8 exterior sheet siding, painted Rustic Red in color and all trim to be painted brilliant white, with an exterior latex paint. Two 9'wide x min 80" tall roll up door placed on both 16' walls in a drive through style and 2 36"x80" side door with built in window. Two 24"x36" windows, for more light are required, both windows located mid way on both long sides. Side doors must be located on both of the 20' walls. 8' wide ramp with traction surface must be provided to allow entry of wheeled equipment into and out of shed at no more than 10 degree slope at both roll up doors. PLEASE NOTE, Final Assembly must be done on site, Access to site is will require passing through 20' gate and maneuvering on an improved caliche 20' wide road. Failure to return the form(s) with your quote will result in your quote not being considered for award. Attachments must be included in the buy and must be returned with your quote. Attachments must include detailed specifications and basic sketch of shed to be purchased or bid with not be considered.
